Surviving America is really good production from year 2020. The new cinematography style invented by Omegia Keeys is exactly what it is supposed to be - a new path that can be followed by the creators of original entertainment films. Surviving America is a new quality in the Documentary movies and everyone should watch it. The tension of the characters draws the audience in from the start. Rich dialogues, which are the essence of this film, excite, especially in the context of these days boring productions. I remember my first time with this movie, ending was a big surprise for me. Have a nice evening watching this movie :).

In the wake of the new Civil Rights Movement it is important to tell Black stories from those who actually live it. Shoot first and ask questions later, lynchings, redlining, policing of hair, food deserts, underfunded schools are just a day in the life struggle of being Black in America.
